5c Huguenot-Walloon (616). Mint N.H. top right corner selvage plate no. F15754 block of eight, all four top stamps with "broken circle" flaw, deep rich color, choice centering throughout, Extremely Fine, an especially choice plate block, the 5c Huguenot-Walloon was printed from four different plates (16 collectible positions) and this is the only collectible position to yield the "broken circle" flaw, with 2011 P.S.E. certificate, Scott Retail with no premium for the flaw
