3c Ultramarine, Better Cancels (114). Small study of better cancels, 21 stamps, variety of designs incl. leafs, stars, red seven point star, letter "M", railroad, "Paid", boxed Hamburg transit, red "4" in circle, shield, two which appear to be a pumpkin face and perhaps a beer mug (not the Suffield Ct. mug), strip of four with N.Y. registered handstamps, some flaws to be expected but overall a nice group of strikes, culled from a much larger 3c cancellation study
