Unused, traces of original gum, wildly misperfed causing a capture of "National Bank Not(e)" portion of imprint at bottom, the perfs nearly clear of the bottom frame of the imprint, the misperfing also caused a vertically split grill, which shows thru slightly at right, pulled perf at upper right, dramatic appearance
