Washington-Franklin Issues on Cover. Four covers, No. 374 on Carnegie Library postcard from President Wilson's inauguration, No. 377 on 1c Green entire (U400b) to Zurich, Switzerland, (2001 A.P.S. certificate, once the earliest documented use), No. 407 used with vertical pair of 1c imperforate and 3c, tied by "Vera Cruz, Mex. U.S.M.AG., Aug. 24, 1914" duplex cancels on registered cover with printed address to Milwaukee Wis., purely on intuition we would say the 7c is scarce on covers from Vera Cruz, finally No. 409 with Mailometer Ty. IV perforations, used with normal 2c and 10c stamps on registered cover, St. Louis Stamp Co. corner card, few small flaws to be found but overall Very Fine group
