Apr. 23, 1861" duplex datestamp on 7-Star "Long Flag" Confederate Patriotic cover to New York, stamp with small tear and cover with light soiling, still Very Fine, a rare Confederate use of a U.S. stamp on this C.S.A. patriotic design, which is rare in itself (1986 Dietz catalog records only seven examples), with 2000 P.F. certificate
