Tied by two strikes of blue target cancel, matching "West Williamsfield O." circular datestamp with unclear date on yellow local cover, pencil notation indicates 8/29/71 date, slightly reduced at left, otherwise Very Fine and rare, ex Gibson with his backstamp, 1985 P.F. certificate no longer accompanies
