Pierre St. Thomas" forwarder's backstamp, carried on the North America which departed St. Thomas Nov. 14 and arrived in New York on Nov. 20 but carried outside of the mails, some splitting along folds and some wear, otherwise Very Fine, unusual use, entered the mails in New York where treated as a drop rate use, with 1996 P.F. certificate
