Cancelled by quartered cork, matching "Carrier May 25" circular datestamp on red and blue "Grant and our Country Campaign cover from National Union Club of Philadelphia, addressed locally, opened bit roughly at right, stamp with small faults from placement at edge of cover, still a Fine and very scarce use of a grilled Black Jack on a campaign cover, with 1998 P.F. certificate
