10c Green, Ty. I (13). Full to large margins and rich color, used with 3c Claret, Ty. I (11), tied by "Lynchburg ? Va. Mar. 3, 1857" circular datestamp on small cover to Lieut. Gen. H. Lyne, U.S. Sloop of War Cyane, Aspinwall, ms. "Per Steamer Illinois of the 5th inst." at bottom left, pencil receipt docketing at top enhanced with pen, couple minor cover tears, otherwise Very Fine, a fascinating use which overpays by 3c the American Packet rate to Aspinwall, the reason for the additional stamp unclear, with 1968 P.F. certificate
