3c Orange Brown, Ty. II (10A). Clear margins to barely touched at upper right, rich color, neat blue Circle of Hearts fancy cancel with matching "Toledo Ohio Oct. 1 (1851)" circular datestamp on turned cover to Norwalk O., second use with "Norwalk O. Oct. 4" circular datestamp, ms. "10" rate for treaty rate to Port Rowan, Canada West, blue "Ud. States" in arc handstamp, matching "6d" due handstamp, endorsed "via Lewiston" at bottom though exchanged at Buffalo, transit and receiving backstamps, some cover wear and couple minor backflap tears, still Very Fine, a spectacular turned cover with the Toledo fancy cancel and the 1851 3c Orange Brown, rare with the combination of domestic and cross-border use
