Dec. 22" circular datestamp on 1849 cover to Mercersburg Pa., Fine, scarce use from a small town, which received only 1,200 5c 1847 stamps and no 10c stamps, all the known covers from this town in the Alexander census are addressed to Miss Anna B. Smith
