Jun. 7 3PM 1890" circular datestamp on American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions corner card cover to Peking, China and forwarded to Rutland Vt., purple "U.S. Postal Agency Shanghai, 11 Jul. 90" oval backstamp, also with "Shanghae Local Post JL 23, 90" backstamp, second strike of U.S. Postal Agency marking of Aug. 2, San Francisco and receiving backstamps, opened for display, some edge tears and small piece replaced on back, still Very Fine, a very unusual use sent from Boston to Shanghai where forwarded to Vermont, ex Tows and Fisher
