Oct. 10" datestamp with matching "10" in circle handstamp, Very Fine, unusual use, the postage to destination must have been paid in cash in Hong Kong, it was sent via American Packet rather than British Packet and so marked due 10 in New York, the 3c stamp paid forwarding postage to final destination
