Pkt. Paid Paid 30 Jul. 21" circular datestamp, various backstamps incl. Berlin and Verviers, light wear, Very Fine, scarce use, carried outside of the mails to Venice and charged the 30c rate by U.S.-Prussian convention, routed thru Magdeburg and Minden, processed at Aachen and/or Coeln-Verviers traveling office, thence thru Belgium to Liverpool and then on the Cunarder Europa, ex Starnes
