Size 21 (unlisted in UPSS), knife 100, watermark 22, unused, bright colors, some mounting thins on backVERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 2-CENT ON 3-CENT VIOLET ON WHITE ENTIRE WITH VIOLET SURCHARGE. A GREAT RARITY OF THE ISSUE.
It is reported that only 29 were surcharged. Of these, very few survive as entires.
