20c Light Ultramarine, Normal and Double Impression (515, 515c). Plate no. 10138 block of 15 (5 x 3), twelve stamps Mint N.H. incl. right three stamps partial double impression and plate number with a light second impression, bottom perfs touchTHE ONLY KNOWN PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THIS RARE DOUBLE IMPRESSION.
As far as we can determine, only one sheet of the 20c Perf 11 double impression reached collectors, with the doubling along the right side, which would make this plate block unique.
