Gorgeous centering with unusually wide and balanced margins, bright shade, neat circular datestamp and purple cancels, Extremely Fine Gem, a surprisingly difficult issue to obtain in such choice used condition, with 2010 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $400.00), this is the highest grade awarded to date and the only example to achieve this grade
