FRENCH COLONIES, 1859, 10c Bister on Yellowish (3). Horizontal pair, margins all around, on small cover tied by blue "SNG" (Senegal) in Diamond of Dots, matching 1865 "Corr. D. Armees St. Louis" octagonal datestamp paying the military rate to France, beautifully backstamped with large blue Imperial Eagle surrounded by "Senegal & Dependances Controle Colonial" in double circle, light cover toning spots, otherwise Very Fine
