Horizontal strips of three, each with selvage at one side, original gum, several stamps Mint N.H., the 5c, 10c and 20c also with partial "Specimen" printed in selvage, few trivial imperfectionsFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE GROUP OF "SPECIMEN" OVERPRINTS FOR THE FIRST PERFORATED NAPOLEON III ISSUE.
