Large margins to clear, used with 1862, 40c Orange Perforated (27; Yvert 23), tied by neat strikes of Anchor in lozenge cancels and by "Meinam 16 Mai 63" double-circle datestamp on folded letter to Constantinople, Turkey, receiving backstamp, light file folds do not affect stamps, 80c tiny nick at upper right, Very Fine appearance, scarce usage and desirable with the anchor cancels
