Five singles, large margins to clear, tied by lozenges, "Le Havre 15 Avril 56" double-circle datestamp on blue folded letter to Philadelphia, Pa., red "P.P." handstamp, neat "N. York Am. Pkt. 10 Apr. 29" debit circular datestamp, endorsed "pr steamer Persia via Calais and Liverpool", some wear, Very Fine, unusual usage intended to be carried aboard the Cunarder Persia, this was instead carried by American Packet and so charged additional postage from the recipient
