Block of four, h.r., left pair with edge of Neah Bay Wash. double-circle datestamp and each stamp with "tipped in" "Kicking Mule" cancel, each a partial strike due to the Neah Bay postmaster having to hold the duplex canceller at an angle to avoid striking the town portion, Fine-Very Fine, this is the only known block with Kicking Mule cancels
