Maroon-colored label with "Forwarded Due 3 Cents" handstamp, 3c Rose (65) and label tied by "Leominster Ms. Jan. 3" circular datestamp on forwarded cover to Northboro, stamp originally tied by blue grid with Louisville Ky. double-circle datestamp at right, cover edge nick at extreme bottom right, striking cover and very scarce, also incl. ordinary 3c 1861 cover with Leominster Ms. circular datestamp with stamp cancelled by the same "3" handstamp used on the provisional label, with 1998 P.F. certificate
