Two items, first is three s.e. singles affixed to piece of ledger page from the Madagascar archives and tied by red 40mm "Postes Et Telegraphes/Madagascar/Collection De Berne", other is single on small piece with Portuguese "COLONIAS" diagonal ovpt., applied by the Portuguese Post Office upon receipt from the UPU in Berne before sending to one of its Colonial Post Offices, Fine, since UPU members supplied only three examples of each stamp, the Madagascar piece has to be unique
