VERY FINE. A UNIQUE ESSAY FOR THE UNISSUED "UNPAID POSTAGE" ISSUE, WITH THE FRAME CONSISTING OF A PENCIL AND WASH DRAWING AND THE VIGNETTE CONSISTING OF TWO CUTOUTS OF THE PRINTED VIGNETTE.

With 2005 P.F. certificate. This is a relatively new listing to Scott Catalogue, and is the only hand-drawn essay of the unadopted "Unpaid Postage" design.
