Block of nine, positions 2, 5 and 7 do not show silk fibers, vibrant color, unobtrusive manuscript cancel leaves five uncancelled, light horizontal crease at top, Fine-Very Fine, a rare and unusual multiple combining normal perforated stamps and ones with silk fibers, with 2012 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as singles with no premium for the combinations or unused stamps
