Small h.r., rich colors, short perf at top, otherwise Very Fine example of this scarce variety, the lines cancelling the old value were applied by hand, the large "1" in "10" comes from Position 12 in the 9th row, ex Laycock, with undated B.P.A. certificate signed by (among others) Robson Lowe, the double variety unlisted in Scott, SG value
