3c Rose, A. Grill (79). Unused (no gum), centered to bottom right but with better perfs than often seen, just a couple short, about Fine, with 1962 and 1986 P.F. certificates
3c Rose, C. Grill, Grill Points Down (83 var). Large part original gum, strong and sharp grill points clearly showing the variety, bright colorA FINE EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE VARIETY OF THE EXPERIMENTAL C GRILL.
The C Grill with points down was caused when the sheet was laid down with the gummed side facing the depressions in the grill.
Ex "Argentum". With 2000 P.F. certificate
2c Black, D. Grill (84). Attractive centering for this difficult issue, deep shade, blue cork cancel, clear grill impression, tiny margin tear at upper left, Very Fine appearance, a scarce example of the 1868 D grill with a blue cancel, with 2005 P.F. certificate
3c Rose, D. Grill (85). Unused (no gum), clearly-defined grill, radiant color on bright paper, wide and well-balanced margins, especially for this difficult issueEXTREMELY FINE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 1868 3-CENT ROSE D GRILL. A BEAUTIFUL STAMP.

2c Black, Z. Grill (85B). Slightly disturbed original gum, full and clear grill, three wide margins to touched at left, natural pre-printing paper folds at bottomFINE AND RARE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 1868 2-CENT Z GRILL.
The majority of original-gum examples of this issue listed in Power Search are not well-centered -- with normally two sides close or touched by the perfs. This is an attractive example of this rare original-gum stamp.

10c Green, E. Grill (89). Original gum, lightly hinged, rich color, strong and complete grill impression, reperfed at top, appears Extremely Fine, with 2003 P.F. certificate
12c Black, E. Grill (90). Unused (no gum), intense shade, three wide margins, small stray blue spot in upper left margins does not appear to be a cancel, Fine

1c Blue, F. Grill (92). Unused (no gum), choice centering with balanced margins, pretty pastel color, fresh and Extremely Fine, with 1982 and 2010 P.F. certificates (XF 90)
2c Black, F. Grill, Very Thin Paper (93 var). Unused (no gum), choice centering with balanced margins, Extremely Fine, with 2010 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as original gum thin paper $550.00, as normal paper without gum
5c Brown, F. Grill (95). Unused (no gum), rich color, clear grill, Very Fine, with 2006 P.F. certificate (VF 80)
12c Black, F. Grill (97). Unused (regummed), attractive margins and centering, slight overall toning, otherwise Very Fine, with 2010 P.F. certificate
15c Black, F. Grill (98). Unused (no gum), well-balanced margins, intense shade, fresh, Very Fine and choice, with 1988 and 2002 P.F. certificates
24c Gray Lilac, F. Grill (99). Unused (no gum), nicely balanced margins top to bottom and side to side -- particularly wide at top and bottom, bright shade, single pulled perf at bottom right, appears Very Fine, a review using Power Search found very few centered unused 24c F Grill stamps, despite the small perf flaw this is a desirable example, with 2006 P.F. certificate
30c Orange, F. Grill (100). Unused (no gum), clearly defined grill which has a tiny thin spot, appears Fine, with 2006 P.F. certificate
90c Blue, F. Grill (101). Slightly disturbed original gum, h.r., bright color, clearly-defined grillFINE. A RARE SOUND ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 1868 90-CENT F GRILL.
With 2005 P.F. certificate
1c-24c 1861-68 Issues, Balance (63/94). 10 stamps, all appear unused and most are in fact unused, 1861 Issue including 1c, 2c, 3c, 5c (Buff, faintly cancelled), 10c and 24c (two), grills including 3c E and F grills, the unused are mostly no gum or regummed with a couple original gum, faults to be expected but overall a Fine appearing and attractive group, four certificates accompany, Scott Retail more than $4,000.00
