Apr. ?6" circular datestamp on small piece, left stamp small toned spot at bottom left and some trimmed perfs, still Fine and very unusual, ex Shonaker, with 2012 P.F. certificate as a genuine bisect but declining opinion as to what the rate represented (possibly a carrier fee), Scott Catalogue does not list a bisect for this issue, offered on its own merits
