Choice margins all around showing nearly three and one-half dividing lines, beautiful impression, bold red grid "cancel", minor corner creases top right corner, otherwise Extremely Fine, beautiful appearance, with 1981 Rellstab certificate which states the red cancel is "fake" and "painted onto", we have a hard time understanding why someone would add a fake cancel to what presumably was an unused example of a stamp with a Scott Retail for unused ($11,500.00) more than three times that of the used value, Scott Retail for genuine used No. 2L7
