Cover with red "Hong Kong Paid AU 10, 1859" circular datestamp (Webb Ty. 14a) and addressed to Bombay, red manuscript "8" for double the 4p rate, back of cover with "Hong Kong Au. 10, 1859" datestamp (Webb Ty. 13a) partly overstruck by Bombay receiving datestamp of Sept. 2, slightly reduced at left, some slight overall wear, Very Fine, this is the earliest reported use of both of these Hong Kong datestamp types and predates by four and five months respectively the dates quoted in Webb
