Two, each affixed to 1c Postal Cards and mailed from Chicago and Philadelphia to Switzerland and Germany respectively, New York 1894 backstamps, the first not accepted at the 2c rate because the card exceeded the UPU size limits and with 10c and 20c Swiss Postage Due stamps (J24, J25), the second cut down to satisfy the size requirements and accepted as fully prepaid at the 2c rate, first with nick in stamp at lower right and some minor wrinkling, Very Fine appearing pair

Tied by "World's Fair Station Jul. 14 10- AM 1893" machine cancel on 1c Exposition Postal Card to Germany with multicolored illustrated design of Federal, Manufactures and Liberal Arts and Transportation Buildings (EX82), some corner wrinkling and light creasing, still Very Fine appearance, an extremely rare foreign use of this Envelope and & Stamp Machine Co. design with the World's Fair Station cancel, this design is even scarce unused or used domestically, a footnote in the 2010 UPSS Catalogue states "these are extremely rare when found used from the World's Fair Station Post Office", UPSS Value "D: Over $1,000.00"

Small specialized collection of plate and printing varieties, incl. incomplete frame line, plate scratch, double transfer, paper folds, over inking, freak perfs and No. 371 vertical strip of five on oversized cover, each stamp with transfer relief break, also 20 plate no. singles representing all of the plates used for the perforated 2c Alaska-Yukon (one used, others unused with twelve Mint N.H.), right imprint and plate no. 5142 block of six, the first plate certified (Mint N.H., one stamp translucency) and Mint N.H. left imprint and plate no. 5144 block of 20 with siderographer John A.
