Sale 1285, Lot 2173, 1922 and Later Issues20c Virginia Apgar, Imperforate (2179 var). Large imperforate margins roughly separated as the user had obvious difficulty without normal perorations, tied together with $1.00, two 5c and 3c stamps by magenta "Sacramento California Sta. Feb. 11, 2002" double-circle datestamps on manila padded mailer to Goldenrod Fla., mailer with large tear affecting the 3c stamp (not affecting the imperf), Fine and undoubtedly rare, with 2015 A.P.S. certificate stating it is a genuine imperforate and speculating it could be printer's waste (suggests further research on that point), also stating no prior reports of this imperf, unlisted in Scott or Datz
