Complete set of all denominations less the 3c, including two 1c (both soft paper, different shades), unused (no gum) except one 1c, 2c and 6c original gum and 15c used, fresh Re-Issue colors, several with small flaws incl. 90c with scissors-trimmed perfs at sides, but a few are sound, Fine or Fine appearance, 2c, 10c, 12c and 15c with older P.F. certificates
