1c Blue (63). Original gum, near perfect centering, pretty pastel color, Extremely Fine Gem, rare in this condition, with 2014 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,750.00), only two grade higher (at 98)
3c Pink (64). Original gum, beautifully centered with wide and balanced margins, bright shade, light toning on perfs and within design mostly affects back, vertical creaseEXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. THE 3-CENT 1861 PINK IS EXTREMELY RARE WITH ORIGINAL GUM.
Most original-gum examples of the 3c 1861 Pink have vertical creasing and slightly brownish gum. However, very few have the centering and bright fresh color of this choice example.

3c Rose (65). Original gum, wide margins and precise centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2006 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $700.00)
3c Lake (66). Original gum, small h.r. and pencil notation, unmistakable rich Lake shade, fresh and Fine, with 2006 P.F. certificate
10c Yellow Green (68). Original gum, lightly hinged, intense shade and impression, choice centering with wide and balanced marginsEXTREMELY FINE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT 1861 ISSUE. A BEAUTIFUL STAMP.
With 2000 and 2006 P.F. certificates (XF 90)
12c Black (69). Unused (traces of gum), intense shade on bright paper, Very Fine and choice, with 1987 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as no gum
24c Red Lilac (70). Redistributed original gum covering nearly the entire back, called "part o.g." on accompanying certificate, rich color, Fine, with 1989 P.F. certificate
30c Orange (71). Unused (no gum), vivid color, attractive margins and centering, Very Fine, with 2010 P.F. certificate
90c Blue (72). Unused (no gum), brilliant color and detailed impression, gorgeous centering with wide and balanced marginsEXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 90-CENT 1861 ISSUE, WHICH HAS BEEN GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 BY P.S.E.
With 1990 and 2000 P.F. certificates. With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (NG, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $2,650.00). This is one of only three XF-Superb 95 graded unused Scott 72's (one has original gum). Only one unused stamp has been graded higher (Superb 98, without gum)
5c Red Brown (75). Unused (no gum), choice centering, warm color, Very Fine and choice, with 1979 P.F. certificate
5c Brown (76). Unused (no gum), bright color, well-balanced margins, Very Fine and choice, with 1989 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (NG, VF-XF 85; SMQ $750.00)
15c Black (77). Unused (no gum), nicely balanced margins, intense shade, Very Fine, with 1986 P.F. certificate
24c Lilac (78). Original gum, fresh color on bright paper, well-centeredVERY FINE AND CHOICE EXAMPLE OF THE 1863 24-CENT LILAC IN SOUND, CENTERED, ORIGINAL-GUM CONDITION.
Although the 24c 1861-66 Issue exists in large quantities of used stamps and a fair quantity of off-center original-gum examples, all of the shades are rare in higher grades with original gum.
