Block of 48, neat manuscript cancels, horizontal creases causing some splitting in spots, some perf separations, Fine appearance, this is by far the largest recorded multiple, the next largest is a block of 24, ex Cunliffe, Scott Retail as twelve blocks of four $9,000.00

Block of four with parts of adjoining stamps top and bottom, unused (no gum), bottom right stamp the listed Short Transfer (Position 156), fresh color, some neatly rejoined separations, few tiny perf flaws, otherwise Fine-Very Fine, scarce multiple, Scott lists but does not price the Short Transfer variety for the Imperforate and Part Perforated, but does give a hefty 60x normal premium for the perforated stamp R1c, this plate variety was the subject of an Apr. 1975 Revenuer article (page 135), ex Tolman, Scott Retail as normal Part Perforated block of four

4c Proprietary, Part Perforated (R22b). Block of four, unused (no gum), brilliant color, perf separations sensibly reinforcedVERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED BLOCK OF THE PERFORATED 4-CENT PROPRIETARY ISSUE AND THE FINEST OF THE FEW KNOWN MULTIPLES.
The largest unit of the 4c Proprietary Perforated stamp is a repaired strip of six. This block of four is the only recorded block. In addition, there is a rejoined strip of four and a strip of three.
