Three cartons containing albums, boxes and glassines, most of the value in a Scott National Album, early are all used with group of 1851-57 Issues, 1861 Issue complete, E Grills from 2c to 15c, F Grills complete to 90c, 1869 Issue complete to 90c, Banknotes, 1894-95 Issues and Columbians to the $2 value, starting with Washington-Franklin Rotary Press Issues most are mint, comprehensive showing through middle to late 20th Century, incl. four complete booklets of BK57, White Plains sheet (small tear), blocks with face value of over $1,000, back-of-the-book with Airmails, C.S.A. No. 4 with full original gum, nice group of Philippines, seven volumes of foreign which are mostly inexpensive stamps with the occasional better item, condition on the early U.S. mixed, improving as the collection moves forward, overall some useful material

United States Collection, 1851-1975. Scott National album with many better stamps, virtually all the early stamps used, 1851 Issue Nos. 7, 9-11, 15 and 17, 1857 Issue Nos. 20, 24-26, 29-30, 32-33, 35, 36B-38, 1861 Issue complete apart from the scarcer 3c colors, F Grills with Nos. 93-94, 96-98, 100, 1869 Issue missing only the 15c Ty. I and 90c values, large Banknotes complete apart from the better Grills and Special Printings and Nos. 212 and 218 (1c-3c and 15c Grills present), Small Banknotes complete, Columbians through the $2.00 value, 1894-1895 Issues missing only the dollar values of the unwatermarked set and the $5.00 watermarked, Trans-Mississippi through the 50c, Pan-Americans complete, 1902-03 Issue complete, collection continues through the Washington-Franklins virtually complete for the sheet stamps apart from the rarities, several coils, starting with the complete 1922 Issue (Nos. 551-573 plus coils) collection is mostly unused with a decent percentage Mint N.H., complete Kans.-Nebr. set, Mint N.H. No. 631 gutter block without gum breakers, mostly complete from there to 1975, back-of-book incl. Nos. C1-C6, other Airmails virtually complete not incl. Nos. C13-C15 (contains a nice group of Transport Issue plate blocks), Postage Dues with several better incl. Nos. J33, J36, J59, J76 and others, Parcel Post complete, a number of Officials and more, condition on the early stamps is mixed but most are Fine-Very Fine appearing, overall a desirable collection with much useful material, several P.F. certificates accompany, Scott Retail only up to the start of the Washington-Franklins in excess of $23,000.00

United States Used Collection. Mounted on Scott album pages, decent degree of completion from 1861 Issue thru 1950's and back-of-book, numerous higher catalogue value stamps incl. Nos. 64, 67, lower denomination Banknote Grills, complete Banknotes after the Grills, Columbians to the 50c value, 1894-1895 complete on the pages but some of the 1894 unwatermarked issues are 1895 watermarked, Trans-Mississippi through the $1.00, 1902 Issue complete, Washington-Franklins with a high degree of completeness incl. flat plate coils (some are questionable), 1c-2c Bluish Paper, 1922 Issue complete, Airmails incl. Nos. C1-C3 and C13-C14, Special Delivery complete, many others, very mixed quality, some are misidentified and also some fakes, still much useful material and high catalogue value

Ovpts, virtually complete unused from mid-1930's to 1995, back-of-book with Air Post nearly complete incl. Nos. C1, C4-C6, C13 and C18, there are quite a few Washington-Franklin coils that we feel are questionable and are not considered in our estimate, somewhat mixed condition on the earlier material, still vast majority Fine-Very Fine

Unusual conglomeration of material, incl. two volume -1/2c Collection, some FDC's, wholesale group of $5.00 Duck Plates, uncut Postal Card sheet, some face postage and a few better sheets and non-denominated proofs and three sheets of "The Oldest Whaler", proposed 3c Commemorative issue for the 100th Anniversary of the "Charles W. Morgan", the oldest Whaling Ship in America (1841-1941), the ship was acquired by Col. Green in 1925 and was moored in the cove of his Round Hill, Mass. estate and was used as a free tourist attraction, when Col. Green passed away in 1936 there were no funds available to preserve her, condition varies, generally Fine-Very Fine
