PHILIPPINES, 1944, 6c Orange, "Victory" Ovpt. (470). Slightly tropicalized original gum, vivid color and clear overprint, almost perfectly centered with wide margins, exceptionally freshEXTREMELY FINE GEM. A GORGEOUS ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 6C ORANGE "VICTORY" OVERPRINT.
Only 141 were printed. This is the finest example of this scarce stamp we have offered since keeping computerized records.
