PUERTO RICO, 1900, 2c Deep Claret, Special Printing With "Puerto Rico" Ovpt. (J2 var.). Original gum, fresh and Fine, from the sheet of 100 printed for display at the 1900 Paris and 1901 Pan-American Expositions, a very rare stamp which seems to never be offered for sale, this makes one wonder how many of the original 100 actually survived
