Of the twelve different 1894 First Bureau Newspaper values, only 40 stamps in total -- in all kinds of condition -- have been submitted to the P.S.E. The $50.00 shows seven certified (three OG, four NG, RG or D-POG and one used). The highest grade for this value is one stamp at 95
