One binder containing 20 off-cover stamps and over 20 covers, nearly all are second type mules ranging in dates of use from the 1880's to late 90's, most of the covers are from Port Townsend WA with some from Forbestown CA (these are mostly poor strikes), stamps bearing mule cancels incl.
