1904, 2c Rose (1, 1 var). CZSG 1.1b, top selvage block of four with imprint, both top stamps "Panama" 15mm long, "Panama" also shifted to right with bottom stamps two "Panama" at left and top stamps partly split "Panama", tropicalized original gum, h.r.VERY FINE. A SCARCE BLOCK CONTAINING TWO STAMPS WITH "PANAMA" 15 MILLIMETERS LONG AND ALL STAMPS WITH "PANAMA" OVERPRINT DRAMATICALLY SHIFTED.
Only 260 stamps were printed with the "Panama" 15mm long. The shifted overprint is also scarce. Signed Perry and Colman. With 2004 P.F. certificate. Scott Retail as normal block of four with no premium for any of the varieties.
