CANAL ZONE, 1925, 15c Gray, "Zone" Only (90 var). Top right margin block of four, the top right stamp the variety, missing "CANAL" except for a tiny portion of the top arc of "C", also missing nearly all of "E" in "ZONE", caused by a foldover with the missing letters printed on back, tropicalized original gum, h.r., some minor toning, appears Fine, the only recorded example of this error, at one time this was listed in Scott (as 90b) but was de-listed -- probably due to the presence of a tiny bit of the "C", in any event highly collectible and desirable, ex Salz, illustrated in Canal Zone Stamps
