ONE OF ONLY TWO INTACT BOOKLETS OF THE 25-POUND 1935 POTATO TAX STAMP. A GREAT RARITY.
It is believed there are two intact booklets and approximately four loose panes that have been discovered to date. Scott Retail as two panes with no premium for the covers.
