1993-2012 Junior Duck Stamps (JDS1-JDS20). Mint N.H. with each in a plate number block of four, Nos. JDS1 signed by artist on each stamp (silver and gold pen), JDS8 signed by artist in selvage, JDS17 and JDS19 in blocks of sixVERY FINE. A SCARCE GROUPING AND COMPLETE RUN OF PLATE BLOCKS OF JUNIOR DUCK STAMPS TO 2012.
These stamps, which are not valid for hunting, are issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This is a yearly art competition among students. The national winner has their art used on the stamp and the funds raised go towards education. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an entire set in the form of plate blocks.
