Savings Stamps and Ephemera Collection. Choice collection in a single Scott album, most of the Postal Savings, Savings and War Savings issue are present less the two most valuable stamps (WS6 and TS1), some of the better include unused PS2 and PS5 cards, PS7 plate block, PS10, WS2-WS5, others, also Postal Notes used on forms, what makes the collection particularly attractive is the plethora of forms, cards and booklets that were issued to mount the various issues, including Treasury Savings, most of these are unused but some are used as well (including PS2 and PS5 with complete stamps), condition is nice throughout with a couple of the better stamps without gum, overall a Very Fine and desirable collection, owner's catalogue value for the stamps alone exceeds $5,000.00
