Mint N.H., unusually bright color, wide margins, most recent certificate states reperfed at bottom (we are not convinced), Extremely Fine Mint N.H. example of this shade variety, it is interesting to note that, unlike other denominations of the series, the Scott Catalogue only lists the 10c in the Deep Claret shade, we would classify this as Claret, and it is noted as such on the most recent P.F. certificate, ex Scarsdale and Whitman, with 1988 and 2000 P.F. certificates as sound, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate as reperfed and Deep Claret shade (no doubt their computer's default)
