6c Intense Black, 1894 Issue (PR93). Mint N.H., wide margins and essentially perfect centering, pristine in all respectsEXTREMELY FINE. A SUPERB MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 6-CENT 1894 FIRST BUREAU NEWSPAPER STAMP.
In our opinion, the catalogue value for this stamp is not commensurate with its rarity. There was only one printing of the 6c of this series, and only 9,705 stamps were issued.
