Traces of original gum, large margins, tear at bottom and thins, otherwise Very Fine, the condition of this stamp, combined with a few black ink marks, suggest that this may actually have been used and removed from its envelope, it was found in an old-time Scott International album formed at a time when on-cover stamps were not appreciated, with 2009 P.F. certificate
