Philippines Official Business Handstamped and Printed Ovpts. Mounted collection of perhaps a couple hundred items, first part begins with overprinted U.S. Administration Issues, different types and sizes of "O.B" or "Official Mail" ovpts, then later Pictorial, Air Post, etc. issues with a variety of different types of handstamps, second part is Printed Ovpts. on Regular Issues of 1906-11 with different colors, two different colors on one stamp, inverted, doubles, pairs one without, blocks of four, used and so forth, many of these are quite scarce, according to the introductory page, these are almost all from the Captain F. L. Palmer collection however we can not confirm that statement, generally Fine-Very Fine, an interesting and important collection that should be viewed to fully appreciate
